Flavoured Oolong. China. 3g / 2 tsp per 250 ml of water 90ºC 3 mins Delicious at any time, this intriguing blend is particularly good after a meal. Its gentle fruit flavours make a wonderful palate cleanser. Brew it as a cold brew or iced tea, too, for a refreshing summer drink. A bold blend of oolong, white and green tea, the golden liquor offers flavours of baked apples, caramelised sugar, sweet cinnamon and a hint of clove, with a lovely dry sherry finish. Spun sugar, cinnamon, baked apples. This unusual blend of oolong, white and green teas is a bit of a rule breaker, but rules are meant to be broken! We have added delicious pieces of dried apple to create a truly unique tea.
